WHEREAS, The Town of White Bear has acquired responsibility for the property
known as Bellaire Beach from the County of Ramsey, and is desirous of
having the City of Saint Paul hire, train, and manage all beach
personnel to work at said beach; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has the needed capability, knowledge, and
expertise to hire, train, and manage beach personnel and beaches.
NOW THEREFORE, it is resolved that the proper City officials are hereby
authorized and directed to execute an agreement between the town of
White Bear and the City of Saint Paul for such services.
This agreement is to contain all responsibilities of both the City of
Saint Paul and the town of White Bear, all financial considerations
for the services provided by the City of Saint Paul . The Town of
White Bear will indemnify and hold harmless the City of Saint Paul
against any and all liability due to any accident that may cause
bodily injury or drowning, harm and/or result in loss of life.
