follows :
Commencing at the northerly point of the Starkey
Street easement , at the centerline of the 50 foot
wide said easement ; thence southwesterly on a line
100 feet northwesterly from and parallel with the
northwesterly line of Block 4 , Bazil and Roberts
Addition a distance of 30 feet to the point of
beginning of the easement to be described : thence
southwesterly along said line 55 feet , more—or—less ,
to the south corner of said property thence North 28
degrees 30 minutes West a distance of 150 feet ;
thence southeasterly 160 feet more —or—less to the
point of beginning.
Also , a temporary construction easement as shown on the map on file with
the department of Finance and Management Services , Room 218 , City Hall —

A public hearing having been had upon the taking and condemnation of the lands or easements therein, for the
above improvement, and the award of damages therefor, and also upon the assessment of benefits therefor, and the
Council having duly considered the same, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the taking and condemnation of the lands described in the annexed assessment roll, identified
by the signature of the Director of Finance and made a part hereof, and the awards of damages to the owners of such
lands for said taking and condemnation as set forth in said assessment roll, be and the same is hereby in all respects
ratified and confirmed.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the said assessment of bene�ts, be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified,
and the same is hereby ordered to be submitted to the District Court for confirmation.
