WHEREAS , residents and concerned citizens filed a petition
concerning the premises at 800 Selby Avenue pursuant to Chapter
91 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code; and
WHEREAS , the Council conducted a public hearing on the petition
and was apprised that the present owner is in the process of selling
the property to Twin City Housing Development Corporation which
is developing a timetable for rehabilitation of the premises which
will be issued during the month of April , 1990 ; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, that the Council hereby defers action on the petition
conditioned upon the submission of the referenced timetable to the
Council by its April 17 , 1990 meeting and when submitted shall be
appended to this resolution as conclusive of the need for further
proceedings under Chapter 91 .

Citizens have submitted a petition regarding activities and/or conditions at 800 Selby
that have a negative impact on their neighborhood and are requesting action in accordance
with Chapter 91 of the Administrative Code. Tt has since been learned that the property
