City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the
Tort Liability Fund, 09070-0511, to:
1 Minnesot�'a Petroleum Service, Inc. the sum of $1, 475.83 in full
settleme�nt of its claim of damages sustained on or about June
13, 198�, as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim
filed iM the City Clerk's office on August 30, 1989.

On June 13 , 1989 , innesota Petroleum Service, Inc. called the City of
Saint Paul for uti ity locations at 485 5ne11ing Avenue South in Saint Paul .
The location mark or the sewer line was incorrectly made and consequently
the excavator brok the line. Minnesota Petroleum ' s cost to repair the
sewer line was $1 ,475 .83 .
