Condemning and taking a permanent easement for roadway right—of—way
purposes on the east side of Victoria Street between West Seventh Street
and Tuscarora Avenue for the Seventh/Otto CSSP Project described as
follows :
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 5 , Walton' s
Rearrangement No. 2 , Saint Paul , Minnesota; thence
south 11 . 60 feet along the west line of said Lot ;
thence southeasterly along the southwesterly line of
said Lot 5 a distance of 11 . 60 feet ; thence northwesterly
to the point of beginning of the easement being described.

The Council of the Ci,ky of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said repo�t, hereby resolves:
1. That the said repo�t and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $305.00 . financed by 1990 Public Improvement Aid.
2. That a public he�ring be had on said improvement on the 22nd day of
May, 1990, at nine ��o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Cqurt House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of s�id public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
