; Condemning and tak�.ng an easement for right—of—way purposes on the
southwest corner of 'the intersection of Minnehaha Avenue and Ruth Street.
The property is described as follows :
An easement for public right—of—way purposes over , under and across that
part of Lot 1 , Block 1 , Robert L Ware ' s Eastern Heights described as
follows :
That part of said Lbt 1 lying northeasterly of a line from a point on the
north line of said I�ot 1 a distance of 4 feet west of the northeast corner
to a point on the e�st line of said Lot 1 , 11 feet south of the northeast
corner of said Lot �1 .

The Councii of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said repqrt, hereby resolves:
1. That the said repqrt and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 110.00 financed by 1988 Capital Improvement Bonds.

2. That a public he�ring be had on said improvement on the 22nd day of
May, 1990,y at the hour of nine ��a�� o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
