Your office was provided with copies of the Orders that our office issued to the owners of the structures and properties that were subject to such demolition orders. Pursuant to Chapter 45 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, you were requested to keep the Orders issued by the Division of Public Health on file. Because the "public nuisances" referenced in the previous resolutions no longer exist at these locations and the properties are no longer subject to demolition or repair orders, we are requesting that you remove the copies of the Orders from your files.
