Lot:
An attendant is on the lot froa 8:A0 a.�. to 7s00 p.s.
Honday throuqh Friday.
Hidwest Patrol provides rovinq security checks
overniqht and on Saturdays and Sundays.
No Escort Services siqn is beinq provided at Fifth
Street entrance.
7. We believe site plan is on file with the City of St.
Paul - 1971 construction. A site plan sketch is
attached.
Legal description is: Lots 3,4, 5, and 6, Block 19,
St. Paul Proper, Ransey County, Hinnesota, subject to
alley easement.
8. Liqhting is provided fron street liqhts on Cedar Street
and East Fifth Street. The area of the parking lot
under the buildinq overhang has recessed ceilinq
liqhts.
Our judgment has been that no paintinq is required by St.
Paul Leqislative Code #417.
