The Belt Line Pond Acquisition was originally approved by Final Order C.F. 87-1078, July 28,
1987. This property was inadvertantly left off that order. We discovered this ommission
in preparing Documents for a District Court Condemnation. In order to proceed with the
condemnation, this order should be passed.
ADVANTA(iE8 IF APPROVED:
The acquisition of a ponding site will provide an area for storm water runoff drainage.
This allows for the most efficient storm sewer system.
DISADVANTAGES IF APPROVED:
City would be required to purchase the subject property.
