described as follows :
The southeast 30 feet and the northeast 5 feet of Block
3 and the southeast 30 feet of Block 4 , Bazil and
Robert ' s Addition to West Saint Paul , County of Dakota,
Territory of Minnesota; also , the southeast 30 feet of
vacated Custer Street north of vacated Fillmore Avenue ;
also , the southwest 35 feet of vacated Livingston Avenue
from the southeast line of Government Lot 7 in said
Section 6 to the northwest line of vacated Fillmore
Avenue ; also , the southeast 30 feet of that part of
Block 175 of Robertson ' s Addition to West Saint Paul
lying easterly of RR R/W ; also , that part of said
Section 6 lying 20 feet either side of a line described
as beginning on the southeasterly line of Government Lot
7 at a point 15 feet southwesterly of the centerline of
vacated Livingston Avenue ; thence northwesterly parallel
to said centerline of vacated Livingston Avenue a
distance of 141 feet ; thence deflecting to the left 67 . 5
degrees a distance of 141 feet ; thence deflecting to the
right 45 degrees to the northwesterly line of Government
of Lot 7 and there terminating.
Also , temporary construction easements as shown on the map on file with
the Department of Finance and Management Services , Room 218 , City Hall.
Said temporary easements to expire December 31 , 1990 , or on completion
of the project , whichever occurs first .
