of Sylvan and Acker Streets in conjunction with the Sylvan/Acker
Area Sewer Separation Project described as follows :
The North 6 . 14 feet of the West 230 feet of vacated Benton
Street ; also , except the west 5 feet of Lot 22 for Park Street ,
the North 20 feet of Lots 22 through 25 of Guerin' s Outlots ; all
situated within the south 1/2 of the southwest 1/4 of Section 30,
Township 29N, Range 22W, Ramsey County, Minnesota.

The Director of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount of damages awarded
for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above improvement and to whom payable; and
also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making of said improvement, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
RBSOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a confirmation
of the award of damages made by the Director of Finance and also upon the said assessment of benefits; at the Council
Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the 15th day of
May, 1990, at the hour of nine �$�E�ixY o'clock A.M., and that the Director of Finance be and
he is directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
