WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted resolutions
declaring that the structures listed below with their corresponding
council file number were each determined to be a "Vacant Building"
in accordance with Chapter 43 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code;
and
WHEREAS, these structures have either been rehabilitated,
demolished or reoccupied by the owner or demolished by the City and
each are therefore no longer a "Vacant Building" according to
Section 43 . 01 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code; and
WHEREAS, the "Vacant Building" fees have been either cancelled or
paid; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
declares that each of the following described structures are no
longer a "Vacant Building" under the provisions of the ordinance:

These structures were each designated as a "Vacant Building" through a previous City
Council Resolution in accordance with Chapter 43 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code. Each
is no longer a "Vacant Building" because these structures have been either demolished,
repaired or reoccupied and are no longer subject to the provisions of Chapter 43.
ADVANTAOES IF APPROVED:
The public will be placed on notice that each of these structures are no longer a "Vacant
Building" and are no longer sub,ject to the provisions of Chapter 43 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code. In addition, this notice is required to be filed in accordance with
Section 43.05 of the Saint paul Legislative Code.

SUBJECT: REMOVING A "VACANT BUILDING" RESOLUTION
Attached please find a City Council Resolution which includes the listing of
structures and properties that the Division of Public Health had previously
declared to be "Vacant Buildings". Because each of these "Vacant Buildings",
which were referenced in the previous Resolution, have either been repaired,
reoccupied or razed, they are no longer subject to the provisions of Chapter
43 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.
Upon its adoption by the City Council, you are hereby authorized and directed
to file a copy of this resolution with the Ramsey County Recorder.
