Voting In theMatter of installing the St. Peter Street Streetscape Project on the
Ward West side St. Peter Street from Kellogg Boulevard to East Sixth Street
and from East Seventh Street to Interstate 94. Also, on the East side
2 St. Peter Street from East Fourth Street to Interstate 94. Project to
include single and multi—globe lights, (the multi—globe lights will be
installed on the East side of St. Peter Street from East Sixth Street
to Seventh Place only.) Bent straw lights, flower baskets and bars,
banner hangers, kiosks, trash and newsbox containers.

for the St. Peter Street Streetscape Project for the months of July thru
December, 1990.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 285,000 , financed by assessments $146,600. and Downtown/Seventh Place
Tax Increment $138,400. Estimated cost thereof is $6,100.00 financed
by assessments for the operating costs of the above standard street
lighting system for the St. Peter Street Streetscape Project.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 15th day of_,M�3�,, lAgp ,at
nine �o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
