Voting In the Matter of improving Thomas Avenue between Fairview and Snelling Avenue
Ward with a new bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutters,
4 concrete driveway aprons and outwalks, boulevard sodding
and the installation of redesigned lantern style street lighting
system.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
�g 470,800.00 , financed by 1990 Municipal State Aid $347,000.00, 1990 Public
Improvement Aid $23,000.00, 1990 Capital Improvement Bonds $87,500.00 and
Assessments $13,300.00
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the lst day of��. 1990 ,at
nine Z� o'clock am., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chazter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
