WHEREAS, the Division of Parks and Recreation administers the
applications and grants program established by Ordinance 409. 23 ; and
WHEREAS, the Youth Program Advi$ory Board was formed to implement
the administration of the ordinance for the Division; and
WHEREAS, the Youth Programs Advisory Board met on January 18, 1990
to establish an eligible list for the 10% Club; and
WHEREAS, new applications were approved by the Youth Programs
Advisory Board; �

for the Charitable Gambling 10o Club.
