Permanent easements on , under and across that part of the Southwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 30 , Township 29N, Range 22W,
Ramsey County, Minnesota , described as follows :
The East 18 feet of Lots 12 through 21 , inclusive , Block 1 , and the East
18 feet of vacated Acker Street accruing , Greene ' s Addition to the City of
Saint Paul ; the West 5 feet of Lots 11 and 12 , Block 2 , Jilson ' s
Subdivision of Lots 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 � 10 Guerin ' s Out Lots , Saint
Paul, Minnesota.
Also , temporary construction easements as shown on the map on file with
the Department of Finance and Management Services , Room 218 , City Hall.
Said temporary easements to expire on December 31 , 1990 , or on completion
of the pro3ect , whichever occurs first .

The Director of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount of damages awarded
for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above improvement and to whom payable; and
also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making of said improvement, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a con�rmation
of the award of damages made by the Director of Finance and also upon the said assessment of benefits; at the Council
Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the ��� day of
Mav, 1990. at the hour of nine ,��o'clock A.M., and that the Director of Finance be and
he is directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
