The south 10 feet of Lot 1, Block 2, Weide's Addition and
Rearrangement of Paist's Out Lots, Saint Paul, in the
Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 25,
Township 29N, Range 23W, Ramsey County, Minnesota
Also, temporary construction easements as shown on the map
on file with the Department of Finance and Management Services,
Room 218 City Hall. Said temporary easements to expire December 31,
1990 or at the completion of the project, whichever occurs first.
