WHEREAS , the city council adopted council files no. 85-535
(April 18 , 1985) and no. 85-880 (July 2 , 1985) , said resolutions
being the Final Orders necessary to the approval of certain
� sidewalk construction projects identified as Finance and
Management files no. 5-11254 (East side Dewey street from Feronia
Avenue to University Avenue) , No. 5-113P10 (North side East Fifth
Street from Sibley Street to Wacouta Street) ; no. S-11306 (south
side East Ninth Street from Sibley Street to Wacouta Street) , no.
5-11357 (both sides Sibley Street from East Ninth Street to East
Tenth Street) ; and
WHEREAS said sidewalk projects have pending development in
the area;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the said sidewalk
projects be cancelled and rescinded from their respective final
orders .
