WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted a
resolutio declaring that the structure listed below with its'
correspon ing council file number and its ' corresponding
Ramsey Co nty document number was determined to be a "Vacant
Building" in accordance with Chapter 43 of the St. Paul
Legislati e Code; and
WHEREAS, he owners have been put on notice to register this
structure pursuant to Section 43 . 02 of the St. Paul
Legislati e Code, by providing plans and a time table for the
rehabilitation or demolition of the structure and complying
with the ongoing requirements of paying vacant building
registra ion fees; and
WHEREAS, for reasons specified on the resolution, this
structur has either been rehabilitated or demolished by the
owner or demolished by the City; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
declares that the following described structure is no longer
a "Vacan Building" : and,
FURTHER ESOLVED, the Council of the City of St. Paul hereby
directs he Division of Public Health to file with the City
Clerk, a copy of this resolution regarding the following
describe structure which has been determined to no longer
meet the conditions that constitute a "Vacant Building" :

This building was des gnated a "Vacant Building" through a previous City Council
Resolution in accorda ce with Chapter 43 of the St. Paul Legislative Code. It is no
longer a "Vacant Buil ing" because this structure has been either demolished or repaired
and is no longer subj ct to the provisions of Chapter 43.
ADVANTAOES IF APPF�VED:
The public will be pl ced on notice that this building is no longer a "Vacant Building"
and is no longer subj ct to the provisions of Chapter. 43 of the St. Paul Legislative
Code. This Resolutio will clear the cloud on the �itle created by the Resolution that
designated this build ng as a vacant building. Aclditionally, this notice is required to
be filed in accordanc with Section 43.05 of the St. Paul Legislative Code.
