Because licensing has �ust developed an enforcement procedure, these applicat�ons will start coming in regularly from all the applicants who have been waiting for th�se procedures to be developed. In fact, some unlicensed lots will now need to get li encses for the first time due to the security regulation. That's why apparant appl�icatons for new parking lots may often be applications for current lots. Go ahead anc� sign the resolution. There should be no problem, since the lot will actually be m�roved by increased lighting that is required by the security rules. � � I i ; I �
