of Section , Township 28N , Range 22W, Ramsey County , Minnesota ,
described as ollows :
The I�SOUtheast 30 feet and the northeast 5 feet of Block
3 an�d the southeast 30 feet of Block 4 , Bazil and
Robe t ' s Addition to West Saint Paul , County of Dakota ,
Terr�tory of Minnesota ; also , the southeast 30 feet of
vacated Custer Street north of vacated Fillmore Avenue ;
alsoe the southwest 35 feet of vacated Livingston Avenue
from the southeast line of Government Lot 7 in said
Sectlion 6 to the northwest line of vacated Fillmore
Aven e ; also , the southeast 30 feet of that part of
Bloc 175 of Robertson ' s Addition to West Saint Paul
lying easterly of RR R /W ; also , that part of said
Sect on 6 lying 20 feet either side of a line described
as b ginning on the southeasterly line of Government Lot
7 at a point 15 feet southwesterly of the centerline of
vaca ed Livingston Avenue ; thence northwesterly parallel
to s id centerline of vacated Livingston Avenue a
dist nce of 141 feet ; thence deflecting to the left 67 . 5
degr es a distance of 141 feet ; thence deflecting to the
righ 45 degrees to the northwesterly line of Government
of L t 7 and there terminating.
Also , tempora y construction easements as shown on the map on file with
the Departmen of Finance and Management Services , Room 218 , City Hall.
Said temporar easements to expire December 31 , 1990 , or on completion
of the projec , whichever occurs first .

time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
