described as follows :
Permanent utility easements on , over and across the Southwest Quarter of
the Southwest Quarter of Section S , Township 29 North , Range 22 W ,
Ramsey County , Minnesota , described as follows :
The southwest 12 feet and the northwest 25 feet of the
sout west 22 feet of Lot 6 , Block 170 , West Saint Paul Blocks
100 through 171 , etc ; also the southwest 12 feet of Tract A,
Regi tered Land Survey 366 ; also , beginning at the south corner
of said Tract A , thence southeasterly 90 feet along the
nort east line of the existing sewer and water easement , thence
nort east 12 feet perpendicular to said easement line , thence
northwest 90 feet more -or-less on a line parallel to said
nort east line of existing sewer and water easement to a point
on t e southeast line of said Tract A, thence southwest along
sai southeast line of Tract A 12 feet to the point of
begi ning , all within Tract B , Registered Land Survey 366 ;
also the west 10 feet of Lots 1 , 2 and 3 , Block 14 , and the
sout west 5 feet of Lots 4 and 5 , Block 14 , West Saint Paul

1 th ough 99 , and the northeast line of existing sewer and
wate easement in vacated Starkey Street ; also , that area lying
10 f et either side of a line described as beginning at a point
on t e east line of Wabasha Street at the south line of vacated
Colo ado Street , thence easterly to a point on the west line of
said existing sewer and water easement in vacated Starkey
Stre t 15 feet southeasterly of said south line of vacated
Colo ado Street , said described line there terminating.
Also , tempora y construction easements as shown on the map on file in
the Departmen of Finance and Management Services , Room 218 City Hall ,
Saint Paul , Minnesota . Said temporary easements to expire December
31st , 1990 , o at completion of the project , whichever occurs first.
