WHER�AS , the city purchased Lot 9, Clarkes 2nd Addition and
that part of Lots 1 , 2, and 3 , Block 1, Dawson' s 5th Addition
� lying northeasterly of Wheelock Parkway for the Edgemont Pond
site; and
� WHEREAS , an increase in storm water drainage and the
resulting increase in storage capacity needed for the pond
effectively cuts off street access to Lots 10-13 , Block 2,
Clarkes 2fid Addition; and
WHER�AS , the City of Saint Paul Public Works Department has
agreed th t a part of the Edgemont Pond, which is not used for
storm wat r storage, could be used as driveway access to said
Lots 10-1 Block 2, Clarkes 2nd Addition; now therefore be it
RESO�VED , that the proper city officials are hereby
authorize and directed to grant to James and Laura Wingate,
owners of said Lots 10-12 , Block 2, Clarkes 2nd Addition, the
following easement:
