WHEREAS, plans for Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) S. P. Number
6280-271 (T, H. 35E) and S. P. Number 6282-162 ( T. H. I-94) have been prepared by
MnDOT sho�ving proposed alignment, profiles, grades and cross sections for the
reconstruction of the Minnesota Street Bridge over the 35E, I-94 Commons area of
the freeway �nd the railing and lighting modification of the John Ireland Bridge as part
of its reconstlruction project �f I-94 between downtown Minneapolis and downtown
Saint Paul, and
WHEREAS, these plans have been reviewed by Saint Paul Public Works staff
engineers and they recommend approval of said plans, now , therefore
BE IT RESO�VED, that the proper Clty officials approve MnDOT plans numbered
S. P. 6280-2�1 ( T. H. 35E) and S. P. 6282-162 (T. H. I-94).
