by the signature of� the Director of Finance and made a part hereof, and the awards of damages to the owners of such
lands for said taki g and condemnation as set forth in said assessment roll, be and the same is hereby in all respects
ratified and confi ed.
RESOLVED URTHER, That the said assessment of benefits, be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified,

The E. Kellogg Ga eway Neighborhood Partnership Program to improve Kellogg Blvd is under-
way & the owners f the Chicago Great Western Office Condominiums want to have lighting
installed in fron of their building. They agreed to give the needed easements to the City
at no cost to the City. There was not enough room to install and maintain lights
without this ease ent.
ADVANTAOES IF APPROVED:
The Chicago Great estern Office Condominium will get needed lighting. The Kellogg Gateway
will be further e anced by the additional lighting.
