4 RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves the payment of
5 $90,000 to the plaintiff in Alter Trading Cor� v. City of Saint Paul, Court File No. 3-96-897, in
6 full and complete settlement of all clanns in or related to the aforesaid suit, said payment to be
7 made out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-0511, upon execution and delivery to the City of a
8 Settlement Agreement and Release which fully releases all claims against the City by the
9 plaintiff and bars a challenge by said plaintiff to the ordinance banning large metal shredders in
10 the City of Saint Paul.
