The City will pay one-third of the data base update cost to reflect the benefit of the ta update to the Qiyt . The estimated total cost of the update is$15,000. City Share$5,000. �s 2Joint Research F�elated to the Equal�zation Aid Proposal. 16 The estimated cost for research and analysis is$30,000. The Coalition and the City will each pay 1� one-half of these costs. City share$15,000. i8 3 Analysis of Proposals of Others. The Coalition and City will each pay one-half of the costs of analyzing i9 the other propasals put forth during the Session to determine the impact on the Saint Paul tax base. the 2o estimated cost of these analyses will range from $5,000 to$20,000. City share$2,500 to 2� $10,000. 22 4 Additional Res�arch and Analyses at the City's Request. The City may need additional research before 23 and during the 1990 Session on proposals affecting the City's tax base, e.g., the fiscal disparities 2a program.
