6 5-88-32 West side Arcade Street from E. Jenks Avenue to
(3541 ) E. Lawson Avenue
6 S-88-33 Both sides Atlantic Street from E. Idaho Avenue to
( 3542) E. Larpenteur Avenue
6 S-88-34 Both sides Birmingham Street from E. Ivy Avenue to
(3543) E. Arlington Avenue.
The assessment �of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with the above improvement having been
submitted to the Council,and the Council having considered sam assessment satisfactory,therefore,be it
RESOLVED, Tl�at the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FUKtTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 20th day of
' March, 1990, '� at the hour of nine X�q����o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the

Court House and Cityl Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Director of Finance give notice of said meetings,as
required by the Charker, stating in said notice the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the
amount assessed agair�.st the lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
