York Avenue to York Avenue. Also,
constructing sanitary sewer service
connections. Project completed during

improving Winthrop Street from Lower
Afton Road to approx. 250 feet south
to the cul-de-sac by grading and paving,
constructing concreted curb and gutter,
constructing storm water drainage
facilities, constructing a sanitary
sewer in Winthrop St. from Lower Afton
Road to cul-de-sac, constructing sewer
service connections and installing a
street lighting system in above street. -
Also, constructing a water main in
Winthrop Street from Lower Afton Road
south to cul-de-sac with water service
connections. Work completed durin
truction season.
10. 1/30/90 Ratification of Assessments: For APPROVED 3-0
improving Everett Court from Energy Park
Drive to Tainter Avenue by grading, paving
and constructing a lantern style street
lighting system. Also installed a new
signal system at the intersection of
Energy Park Drive to Raymond Avenue.
Project completed during 1988

improving Bidwell Street from Annapolis
St. to Winona St. by grading and paving,
