5 Condeming and taking permanent utility easements and temporary
construction easements for the Woodbridge/Front Area Sewer Separation
Pro�ect located near Galtier Street from Sycamore to Atwater , Wayzata
just west of R�,ce Street and Woodbridge from Milford to Wayzata described
as follows :
Permanent easements for public utility purposes on, under ,
and across� the following described properties :
The south 10 feet of Lot 1 , Block 2 , Weide ' s
Addit,ion and Rearrangement of Paist ' s Out Lots ,
Saint Paul, in the Northeast Quarter of the
Soutl�east Quarter of Section 25 , Township 29N,
Range 23W, Ramsey County, Minnesota.
Also , temporarq construction easements as shown on the map on file with
the Department of Finance and Management Services , Room 218 City Hall.
Said temporary easements to expire December 31 , 1990 , or at the
completion of the project , whichever occurs first .

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said seport and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 15,000. . financed by Sewer Service System Charge
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 1 3th day of
March. 1g90. at the hour of nine ,X3��1}I;XI� o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice o£said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
