RESOLUTION
CITY OF AINT PAUL MINNESOTA

Resolved , That there is hereby created a task force to assist
in the planning and development of the City' s Urban Corps Expansion
Project/Youth Service Corps. , to consist of inembers to be appointed
by the Mayor and approved by the City Council . To the extent
possible , membership on the task force shall represent youth
employment organizations , education , the private sector, non-
profit organizations, trades and labor unions and city
representation . The number of inembers of this Task Force shall be
incorporated in the resolution approving the appointments to be
made by the Mayor. The Mayor is further authorized and directed
to accept, on behalf of the City of Saint Paul , grant funds for the
implementation of this Project.
