section #o contain the water and place a hot mix bituminous pavement.
Al1 alle�s are part of the Urban Revitalization Action Program (URAP)
Target A�ea and are bounded by Edgerton, Arcade and Case Streets and
Wells Av�nue.

The Council of,the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
�$ 198,725.00 , financed by Urban Revitalization Action Program (URAP)
2. That a publia hearing be had on said improvement on the 2�th day of February, 1990 ,at
nine�i�4 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court Houss Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and plaae of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.

2 WHEREAS, on October 24, 1989 the St. Paul City Council adopted resolution Council File 89-1609
3 releasing a lien from property described in that resolution as 715 Dayton Avenue, St. Paul, MN; and

5 WHEREAS, city officials have been informed that at the time of the lien the above property was
6 known as 719 Dayton Avenue legally described as Lot 24, Block 2, Holcomb's Addition; now,
7 therefore, be it

9 RESOLVED, that resolution Council File 89-1609 is hereby amended to release the described lien
10 on property more specifically described as follows:
