RESOLUTION
SAINT PAUL BOARD OF HEALTH
WHEREAS, The Minnesota Department of Human Services has grant
funds available as part of the Minnesota Child Care Fund Service
Development grant, and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Division of Public Health grant proposal
for evaluation of reported injuries in Saint Paul Day Care
Centers and related preventative staff training was partially
funded.
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute an Agreement with the Minnesota
Department of Human Services for $4,754 .
WHEREBY, the City will receive funding to evaluate reported
injuries requiring medical attention, prepare and deliver
education to daycare center staff regarding ways childhood
injuries can be prevented and develop related educational
materials .
