RESOLUTION
SAINT PAUL BOARD OF HEALTH
WHEREAS, �he Minnesota Department of Health has grant funds
available for HIV Counseling and Testing and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Division of Public Health grant proposal
for HIV testing and counseling as part of the AIDS�STD prevention
services was funded.
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute an Agreement with the Minnesota
Department of Health for $97,652 .
WHEREBY, the City will receive funding for 1990 to conduct
AIDS/HIV testing, counseling of all individuals tested and
follow-up diagnostic testing of HIV positive individuals .
