WHS �IEAS, the City of Saint Paul , acting through its
valuatio engineer, has secured an agreement for the purchase of
that cer ain property described as follows:
Lot 6, Block 1, Schoch and Althen' s Subdivision
of Lot 5 of Homes for the Homeless, Ramsey
County, Minnesota.
WHE EAS, the property above described is necessary for
ponding n connection with the separation of storm and sanitary
sewer . he property was approved for acquisition on July 25,
1989 by inal Order, Council File 89-132�1. The price at which
the prop rty may be purchased is in the amount of $10,000, it
being a air and reasonable price for the subject property
accordin to the appraisal obtained by the valuation engineer;
and
WHE�tEAS, the valuation engineer has recommended the purchase
of said �roperty at the price stated above;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper city
official$ are hereby authorized and directed to pay Anthony F. and
Eleanor �iangine, recorded owners, the sum of $101,A00. The
conditions of the sale contained in the Memorandum For Sale of
Real Est�te is attached and incorporated by reference. Said sum
to be ch�rged to Activity Code C88-2T6016 Job 26005.
