Saint Paul when their property is not kept up.

debris, refuse and tires. �

be restored and made habitable.

If Council does not approve these charges, General Fund would be required to pay the
assessments.
Assessments payable until certification and then collected with the property taxes if
not paid.

Nobodq would take caxe of their propertq, especially vacant or rental properties.
Rodents, filth, garbage and trash would accumulate everywhere. Disease and pests
could become a problem.
