Voting In the Matter of improving the following streets with a bituminous surfaced
Ward roadway, concrete curb and gutters, concrete driveway�an�soutwalks,
2 bou.levard restoration and a lantern style street lighting system.
Conistruction to be included as part of the Seventh/Otto Area Street
Paving and Lighting Project:
Clifton Street from James to Palace
Fulton Street from James to Palace
Tuscarora Avenue from Pleasant to Chatsworth
The CouncIl of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered s�id report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 127,000 , financed by assessments to residential properties $30,000 and
ass�ssments to public school property $97,400.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 13th day of M�rch, 1990 ,at
nine 1��o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and�lace of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
