Voting In the Matter of improve Pinehurst Avenue from Fairview Avenue to Howell
Ward Avenue with a bituminous surfaced roadway, concrete curb and
3 gutters, concrete driveway aprons and outwalks, boulevard
restoration and a lantern style street lighting system.
Cons,truction to be included as part of the Fairview/Montreal Area
Str�et Paving and Lighting Project.
The Council �f the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered sa�d report,hereby resolves:
1. That thes�id report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof

ori,ginal project. File ��18559.

2. That a put�lic hearing be had on said improvement on the 13th day of A4arch, 1990 ,at
nine ��dc�ock am., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chazter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
