RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council does hereby confirm
the appoint�nent, made by Mayor Scheibel, of Councilmember Robert Long
to serve as a member of the Civic Center Authority.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council also confirms
the reappointment of Councilmember Roger Goswitz to serve as a member
of the Civic Center Authority.
The above members shall serve concurrently with their present term of
office as Councilmembers.

Water Board of Commissioners

- Appointed: Dave Thune and Janice Rettman who replace
Tom Dimond and Kiki Sonnen.

- Appointed: Bill Wilson
Al1 of the above serve on these boards/committees concurrently

- Appointed: Paula Maccabee and Dave Thune to fill the
unexpired terms of Bill Wilson and
Janice Rettman. These terms expire December 31,
1990.
Metropolitan Airt�orts Commission (MAC�
Also attached is a copy of an Executive Order appointing
Thomas C. Kayser to serve as my representative on the Commission.
As you know, Tom Kayser was also Mayor Latimer's designee. The
Executive Order will be filed with the City Clerk. The State
Ethical Practices Board will also be notified of the appointment.
