PLAT APPROVAL FOR
OAKCLIFF ADDITION
WHEREAS, Mort Huber (Acorn Investment), has sub�itted the attached final plat
for City Council approval; and
WHEREAS, the appropriate city depart'ents have reviewed the plat and found it
to meet the requirements of Chapter 67 of the Zoning Code; and
WHEREAS, notice of public hearing before the City Council was duly published in
the official newspaper of the city and notices were �ailed to each owner of
affected property and property situated wholly or partly within 350 of the
subject property; and
WHEBEAS, a public hearing before the City Council was held on Dece�ber 14,
1989, where all interested parties were heard, the Council having considered
all the facts and reconmendation�a concerning the plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the
attached plat for Oakcliff Addition.
