A variance is requested from 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on August 14, 15 & 16, 1998. Also attached is a copy of the Public Hearing Noiice sent to properry owners within 200 feet of the south end of the Wabasha Street Bridge and within 200 feet of Kellogg Park.
