WHEKEAS, the Saint Paul City Council adopted Council File # 98-317 on June 10, 1998, imposing seven
conditions upon the license of Mary P. Fasching, d/b/a M.F. Automotive, 1728 Selby Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said licensee actually agreed to only five conditions on her 1Scense, and a substitute resolution
was intended to be introduced setting forth those conditions; and
WHEREAS, the conditions on the license should be consistent with the conditions agreed to by the licensee
on June 10, 1998;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,
That the conditions on the license held by Mary P. Fasching d/b/a M.F. Automotive are as follows:
1) Parking for customers and employees shall be ananged on the lot as shown on the attached site plan. No more
than 16 vehicles shatl be parked out doors on the lot. The exception to the number of vehicles is the dump truck
which will be pazked along the south side of the building in the area shown on the site plan. This vehicle shall
not be used for the storage of parts or refuse. The dump truck must be operable and used in the conjunction
with the business.
2) All vehicles parked outdoors on the lot must be completely assembled with no parts missing. Vehicle salvage is
not permitted.
3) Vehicle parts, partially disassembled vehicles,.tires, oil, vehicle hoist or similar items will not be stored
outdoors. Trash will be stored in the dumpster in the exisring enclosed area.
4) No repair of vehicles will occur on the exterior o�the lot ar on the public right-of-way. Vehicles attached to
tow trucks shall not be parked in the public right-of-way.
5) T'he proposed site improvements shall be completed by September 1, 1998 as detailed on the plan. This shall
include fencing, striping for the parking spaces (#1 thru #8), landscaping and the removal of the curb-cut on
Herschel nearest the intersection of Selby Ave.
